'Thyroid disorders  have become a very common medical condition many people suffer from. An overactive or under-active thyroid can result in hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism both of which come with their own sets of problems.  Yoga is a great natural way to regulate thyroid functioning. In this video I  will be teaching 7 yoga asanas that emphasise flexion and extension of the neck which can help regulate the production of thyroid hormones.   In addition to this, you should also practice meditation to reduce stress levels and of course, eating a healthy diet is the also important.
